    I worked in a team of 6 consultants with the responsibility to critically evaluate Starbucks' loyalty scheme ('My Starbucks Rewards') in terms of its resonance with the U.K. youth.
    The project involved conducting primary research so as to determine the level of customer satisfaction, identify any transaction barriers and registration barriers that undermine the effectiveness of My Starbucks Rewards in attracting and retaining young customers.
    We have successfully formulated various innovative recommendations that were highly appreciated by Starbucks' representatives.

    Working within a team of 10 people, I was responsible for producing several weekly online radio shows for the music website of the company. My tasks involved:
    • Writing script for the shows
    • Recording and technically processing the shows

    I was also in the position of this project leader for a period of time, where I got to practice a range of management skills including scheduling, communicating, time-management, formal reporting, etc.

    Hoa hoc tro Magazine

    As a collaborator, I was responsible for producing news articles for the online portal of Hoa Hoc Tro Magazine and one of its monthly special editions. The magazine's main focus surrounds Vietnamese students' interest.
    The experience in Hoa Hoc Tro Magazine has given me a valuable chance to gain my very first insight into the working world. I had the chance to learn a lot and practice many interpersonal skills such as communicating, active listening, problem solving, etc.

    Publicity Officer

    The Vietnamese Society of Exeter (VSE) was founded in 2008 with only more than 50 members. After 4 years, the number significantly increased to more than 200 students and showed no sign of stopping. VSE aims to promote the friendship and fellowship among Vietnamese students and students who are from the rest of the world. VSE also prioritises assisting Vietnamese students in Exeter and encourage a better understanding of the Vietnamese culture and people by holding a range of events every year for its members as well as cooperating with other societies in University of Exeter to deliver greater cultural events.

The presentation was marked by the European Regional Director of Leo Burnett London and a member of Imperial College Business School Advisory Board together with a Researcher.

  • Winner of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales SVUK Business Game 2015

    ICAEW, together with SVUK and many great employers holds annual Business Game for Vietnamese Students currently studying in the U.K. After the selection process, only 7 most competitive teams of 6 were given the opportunities to compete at the Chartered Accountants' Hall. Participants had to solve an ACA Business case in 2 hours and present strategic solutions to the board of judges who were top executives of many worldwide famous employers. Winning this competition is a recognition for excellent skills including:
