Work as Product Coordinator | Business Analyst to build a special Call Center.
Thầy thuốc đồng hành is a temporary project to connect doctors with F0 patient in COVID-19 pandemic. This system helped doctors to make a virtual call and take care of F0s at Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Province and Hanoi when it's on epidemic peak.

Build successful platform for more than 6,300 active users (doctors and volunteers) and supported 390,000 F0s in 2 months.
Complete some important features for projects: auto match doctors and patients, patient profiles, predict status of patients and suggest for doctors, emergency features,...
Made more than 12,000 outbound calls per day and received about 9,000 support requests from HCMC citizen via hotline 1022 #4 in 1 month (September 2021 - the most stressful period of the epidemic in HCMC).
